Abstract

The link of Cement raw material batching is particularly important in the process of cement production, ensure that the oxide content in the raw ingredients into the kiln to maintain stable conditions, improve the efficiency and quality of clinker burning has a decisive role. In domestic cement plant, the link of raw material ingredients more use value of three control methods, while the rate value target set by the laboratory on the basis of clinker quality. There are problems such as long lag time, slow adjustment and low accuracy. In this paper, we first to Building a homogenized library model, and then the least square method is used to model the rotary kiln firing system under a typical working condition to predict the clinker rate of the raw material fired in the kiln, so as to optimize the target of the raw material batching rate. The algorithm is proved to be useful in field production.
