Abstract

In order to develop a new type of transducer for insensitive explosive devices, the problems in the film forming process of AlN ceramic surface were studied and the solutions were given. By comparison of ignition experiments, the surface roughness and average ignition current of the TaN film energy commutator prepared on the surface of polished AlN ceramics were smaller and higher. It met the technical requirements of insensitive explosive devices, which provided a new way for insensitive explosives.
