Abstract

On the basis of the stress–strength interference model and reliability perturbation theory, this study applies the second-order distance method to analyze the reliability of actuator parts under the normal distribution of random parameters with ring as the dangerous section. The method of equivalent normalization of non-normal distribution parameters is also implemented in the reliability analysis of the tensile strength of ring sections. The design method described in this paper is applied to the design process of the piston rod of a carrier rocket servo mechanism. The influence curve of random parameters on reliability is drawn. A calculation software is established. This study provides theoretical support and practical method for the design of axial bearing parts with circular section.
