Abstract
Objective To study how to avoid high positive rate of skin test result of tetanus antitoxin (TAT).Methods New way dilution was adopted to decrease the density of conditional dilution.The method of dispensing skin test of tetanus antitoxin was controlled strictly.The best skin test position was selected and local non - irritating disinfectant benzalkonium bromide was used.Results New method for skin test of TAT was used in experimental group and positive rate of skin test result was 10.00％,while that was 56.13％ in control group with the traditional skin test TAT injection method.There was significant difference (P ＜ 0.01 ).Conclusions To reduce skin test concentration,strictly dispense skin test of TAT,master the best parts of the skin test and remove the incentive of disinfectant can significantly reduce the rate of positive skin test results of TAT,increase the opportunities of patient~ medication,to reduce pain of desensitization injections.
