Abstract

In order to find the optimal sieving parameters of wet corn granules in linear vibration mode, this paper uses the DEM-Discrete Element Method to perform sieving simulation on different vibration amplitudes, vibration frequencies and vibration angles of wet corn granules. And data analysis was performed. The results show that the deviation angle of vibration direction has little effect on the sieving efficiency. Under the influence of other parameters, the sieving efficiency increases first and then decreases. After the data comparison, the best combination of sieving parameters was obtained, with an amplitude of 4 mm, a vibration frequency of 13 Hz, a sieve inclination angle of 8°, and a vibration direction deviation angle (the angle between the vibration line and the Z-axis) of 0°. Refer to the best sieving parameters to provide an advantageous reference for the improvement of sieving equipment.
