Abstract

Firstly, this paper analyzes three forms of profit distribution based on two-level capacity cooperation of service supply chain between service supplier and service integrator: fixed payment pattern, mixed payment pattern and share payment pattern; and points out that share payment pattern is the development trend of two-level capacity cooperation of service supplier. Then, this paper proposes three principles that two-level enterprises of service supply chain should follow during profit distribution, including consistent incomes and contribution, symmetrical risk and benefit and weighted principle. Then, it points out that service integrator may impact the proportion of profit distribution pertaining to quality control of service supplier, and assumes that productivity of service supplier and integrator is only involved of its own endeavor, and the level of service integrator controlling quality is directly related to the probability of discovering the fraud of service supplier and service integrator is willing to redistribute the benefit taken by quality supervision mechanism, thus, establishing profit distribution pattern based on two-level capacity cooperation of service supply chain based on quality control, analyzing the relationship between various factors impacting distribution proportion. Finally, proposing the recommendations of service supply chain distribution mechanism.
