Abstract
In recent years, the development of urban rail transit offers a series of advantages, while the security issues like traffic accidents are cause for concern. Therefore, in order to prevent accidents, improve the capacity of handling emergency accidents, and reduce harm because of safety accidents, establishing a safety management mode for the operation of urban rail transit has become the priority in operation management of urban rail transit. First, the paper analyses accidents, problems, and the present situation of urban rail traffic operation management. Second, the paper analyses the influencing factors of safe operations from the point of the system. Finally, the paper structures a dynamic management system and puts forward some management measures and suggestions.
