Abstract

目的 探讨护士对护理服务认知情况与病人对护理服务需求之间的差异,以利根据病人的护理服务需求改变护理服务理念、调整护理服务行为,达到两者的统一.方法采用自行设计问卷,对253名住院病人和259名护士进行调查.将数据分别录入计算机,用SPSS软件进行频数和百分率的统计.结果病人对护理服务的需求与护士给予之间存在显著性差异,且不同的疾病在不同的住院阶段其需求明显不同.结论护理人员在工作中必须以病人的需求为准则,不断调整自己的服务行为,才能让病人更加满意。
