Abstract
Based on parameters of software of big complex measure and control system, the layered model of technology and method of quality control are presented here. This technology can be applied into quality control of software development of complex system to solidify the technology state of software. Then, the reliability of software is enhanced. With real applications of command and control system, the feasibility of the method is validated.
