Abstract
The present study was made to find out the psychological hardiness between State Level Sprinter and Javelin Thrower”. A total of 30 sprinters and 30 javelin throwers were selected from different district of West Bengal. The age of the subject ranged from 16 to 21 yrs. Old. To measure the psychological hardiness of the player was used to Bengali version of psychological hardiness scale which was developed by Singh (2008) was administered on a selected sample. Descriptive statistics along with a t-test was used to analyze the result of the study. The level of significance was 0.05 levels. Results revealed that there was no significant difference between Sprinters and Javelin throwers. Key Words: Psychological Hardiness, Long Jumper, Javelin Thrower
