Abstract
In order to meet the needs of automobile power transmission and the power transmission does not interrupt when shift, a non-contact permanent magnetic slip transmission mechanism was built, and the structure and working principle of the mechanism was introduced. The static magnetic torque was calculated by using equivalent magnetic charge method, a physical model was created to modify the theoretical calculation formula, and the credible calculation formula of static magnetic torque was attained. Selection of slip transmission conditions as the key research condition on the basis of the analysis of mechanism of two kinds of operating mode, the slip transmission torque was smooth-going by changing the shape and dimension of permanent magnet, the torque ∞uctuation in total within 5% was achieved. The mechanism can realize reliable transmission slip and no slip conditions and a new transmission mechanism structure for the car was proved. It can improve vehicle smooth shift efiectively.
