Study on Organizational Learning of Air Transport Enterprise in China

Abstract

With economy globalization's step being fast, the development of world's aviation industry becomes fast, which makes air transport enterprises in China encounter more and more serious pressure of existence and development. Organizational learning has been practised successfully by domestic and foreign enterprises since it appeared. This theory had great impact on these enterprises. In this article, it firstly introduces the core mind of organization theory. It secondly analyzes the necessity and importance of using organization theory on China's air transport enterprises. Thirdly, it discusses the status quo and characters for implementing organization theory in domestic air transport enterprises. Finally, it puts forward some basic pathways for domestic air transport enterprises in practicing organization theory in order to raise its competition capacity and development capacity.
