Abstract
<p>The heavy casualties and property losses caused by the earthquake this huge disaster, making high-rise building seismic become the focus of attention. Our new building seismic design code (GB50011-2001) (hereinafter referred to as "Seismic Design Code”) continue to be used (GBJ-89) specification to determine the "three earthquake performance objectives, two-stage design step" seismic design, and made many important supplement and perfect.
