Abstract

In this paper, the optimization layout of cooling pipes and the measured temperature field of the mass pier column for the Shenzhong Passage non-navigable bridge are carried out, and the finite element modeling software is utilized to simulate the whole construction process, and the temperature time and process model is established for simulation analysis. The results show that the measured hydration heat temperature field in the field construction meets good agreement with the simulation results. The optimized cooling pipe layout scheme saves more raw materials and elbows, and shorts the project construction period; It can realize more effective internal lowering and external protection for the construction of mass concrete structures of piers and columns, which is especially suitable for the maintenance of sea-crossing bridges in windy environmental conditions; The temperature-induced cracks are effectively controlled, which can provide a reference for similar projects.
