Abstract

The crushing process is the key production link in the mineral processing technology. The crushing process requires stable material level in the machine room and improves the efficiency of crushing process. Aiming at the nonlinearity, uncertainty and time delay of ore bin feeding and machine cavity feeding during the crushing process, a control strategy based on fuzzy PID control algorithm is put forward to control the feeding amount of ore bin. The parameters of PID are adjusted through the error of cavity level and error rate, and the feeding amount of ore bin is optimized and controlled, so that the feeding amount of the crusher is stable. The simulation experiment verifies that the fuzzy PID control strategy has the characteristics of fast response speed, good stability, small overshoot and so on. It has a good control effect on the feeding amount of ore bin, has practical application, and meets the actual requirements of the field.
