Abstract

The basic orientation of structural reform of state-owned forestry industrial enterprises is to divide them into different groups of basic forestry enterprises and commodity forestry enterprises, according to the basic idea of specialized division of labor. With the development of specialized division of labor, the functional relationship among various forestry enterprises must be clarified. On the basis of analyzing the competitive and non-competitive relationship among forestry enterprises, the paper probes into the relation modes among forestry enterprises including lateral integration, vertical integration, mixed integration and strategic alliance. The researches reflect the functional track and developmental law of relationship among enterprises, and also supply the theoretical foundation for the reform of forestry enterprise organizations
