Abstract

In Inner Mongolia, China, wind energy is abundant but can not be effectively utilized. To solve this problem, China puts forward the policy of using wind energy and other clean energy heating. Based on this policy, this paper proposes a two-stage robust economic dispatching model for regional clean energy heating. In this paper, the uncertain characteristics of solar energy and load side are determined based on historical data, and a two-stage robust optimization model for regional clean energy heating is constructed. The model is solved by column constraint and generation (CCG) algorithm. At the end of this paper, according to the data of the electric clean heating project in Mengdong, a case study is conducted to prove the economy and effectiveness of the two-stage robust optimization model for regional clean energy heating in terms of renewable energy consumption.
