Abstract

To achieve the carbon neutrality goal, emission control and carbon reduction have become the focus of the development of various industries. As an important energy consumption industry, construction has become the focus of carbon reduction department. The main carbon emission of building comes from the electricity consumption during the operation process. Increasing green electricity consumption of building is an important way to reduce carbon emission. However, both the green electricity market and the carbon market have significant environment attribute. Building participate in those two markets will face the problem of repeated calculation about the emission reduction benefits absorbed by green electricity. Therefore, it is necessary to construct a green electricity consumption and carbon market mutual recognition technology to avoid repeated rewards in case of building-grid friendly interaction. This paper firstly analyzes the market mechanisms and research status of domestic and foreign buildings participating in the green electricity market and carbon market, then puts forward the mutual recognition mechanism between green electricity consumption and carbon market in case of the building-grid friendly interaction. Then, the collaborative mutual recognition mechanism is clarified. Finally, based on the mutual recognition technology, the collaborative decision-making model of green electricity market and carbon market for both mandatory buildings and emission-reduction buildings is proposed to maximize the building revenue. The research of this paper provides a path reference for realizing the cooperative win-win emission reduction of building-grid friendly interaction.
