Abstract

Aiming at filling the research blank, this paper investigates and proposes three dimensions to analyze logistics enterprise's quality competitiveness, which are business functions quality, quality support factors and Kano quality. Based on the three dimensions, the paper proposes the ` multidimensional diagnosis model of the logistics enterprise's quality competitiveness' which combines quality competitiveness evaluation and improvement decision making together. The model can be seen as a collective tool for logistics enterprises to enhance quality competence.
