Abstract

The General Office of the Ministry of Education of China issued a notice on strengthening the management of students' mental health in 2021, reaffirming once again the importance of mental health education in China's education field. With the discovery and exploration of the field of positive psychology in the field of psychology and education, while exploring more possibilities in the field of positive mental health education, the Chinese educational host also has a deeper understanding of the mental health problems existing in the contemporary student population. This paper studies and discusses the integration of positive psychology and mental health education in China on the mental health problems of students in middle vocational and technical schools.
