Study on Maritime and Ocean Potential Management Based on Legal Substantive of National Act of Republic Indonesia 27 Year 2007 About Coastal Zone and Small Island Management

Abstract

The Objective goal of the Study on maritime and ocean potential management based on legal substantive of National Act of Republic Indonesia 27 Year 2007 about Coastal Zone and Small Island Management is integrative and comprehensive study to forward maritime and ocean services management optimalization.The result of this study show that based on the National Act 27/2007 (NA CZSIM), there are several potential activities to forward maritime and ocean services management optimalization, related with non tax of national income (NTNI), i.e: (i) the right of coastal waters utilization; (ii) small islands and surrounding waters area utilization; (iii) coastal zone and small island conservation; (iv) coastal zone and small islands rehabilitation; (v) Reclamation; (vi) research and development; and (vii) education, training and extension.
