Abstract

Objective To investigate the management mode of multiple pregnancy.Methods 290 cases of multiple pregnancies were divided into three groups (group A,group B and group C),85 cases were treated with traditional pregnancy inspection in 2010 as group A; 73 cases were treated with traditional pregnancy inspection and measurement of cervical length prediction of preterm delivery through ultrasound during the late pregnancy in 2011 as group B; 132 cases treated with traditional pregnancy inspection,were measured the cervical length prediction of preterm delivery through ultrasound and the level of Fibronectin (fFN) in 2012 as group C.The average gestational weeks and the average birth weight were analyzed among three groups.Results Compared with group A and B,the gestational weeks prolonged (P<0.05),the preterm birth rate and pregnancy complications declined (P<0.05),and the average birth weight increased in group C (P<0.01).Conclusion Strengthening the management of multiple pregnancy can effectively predict preterm delivery and reduce the complications of mothers and infants.
