Abstract
In order to save energy and decrease the damage of cashmere in dyeing processing, adding low-temperature dyeing auxiliary for cashmere dyeing is introduced in this paper. Some processing factors such as pH value, dyeing temperature and concentration of two different low-temperature dyeing auxiliaries are studied. The results show that the low-temperature auxiliary addition strategy successfully improved the mechanical properties of dyed cashmere, compared with the traditional cashmere dyeing method. The optimized conditions are shown as follows: 7g/L of low-temperature dyeing auxiliaries A (LTD-A) or 10g/L of low-temperature dyeing auxiliaries B (LTD-B), pH at 4, first dyeing for 15 min at 40 oC and then dyeing for 60 min at 80 oC.
