Abstract

Transformer insulation is very important to the safe and stable operation of high frequency transformer, especially the voltage grade of high frequency high voltage transformer is high, which presents higher requirements for the insulating properties. Using a high power high frequency high voltage transformer for dust removal as research object, the effect of different winding methods on the transform-er winding insulation was studied, and the electric field of main insulation was simulated and analyzed. The results show that the change of winding structure can effectively improve the voltage distribution of winding and increase the breakdown voltage of insulation. The insulation paperboard-oil structure can meet the requirements of main insulation for high frequency high voltage transformer, which can provide reference for the insulation design of high frequency high voltage transformer.
