Abstract

Education with information technology in collges and universities is in the ascendant stage, showing an unprecedented growing momentum. Under such conditions, objective analysis the impacts of information technology on education is becoming a necessicity. It is imperative to discover its merits and demerit arising from the application and take some corrective measures against those deviated from what is to be expected. This article attempts to explore such issues as investment in information infrastructure, information resources enrichment, information technology applications, and personnel training in such areas. We draw our conclusion and offer some suggestions which be helpful to improve educational works.
