Abstract

In view of the problem of asphalt pavement disease, the paper discusses the influencing factors of asphalt pavement quality in detail, and studies the influence of granular content and crushing value content of aggregate as well as the degree of gradation and segregation on the water stability of the mixture. The influence of weight and type of roller on road compaction was studied. This paper analyzes the intelligent control technology of asphalt pavement construction and puts forward the key points of control in the process of asphalt pavement construction. The results show that with the increase of crushing value and needle flake content, the residual stability and splitting strength ratio of the mixture decrease gradually, and the water stability becomes worse. With the increase of the quality of steel roller and rubber roller, the road compaction tends to increase. With the increase of aggregate segregation value, the residual stability and residual stability ratio of the mixture gradually decreased. Asphalt pavement construction intelligent control technology can realize pavement construction process control, real-time feedback, comprehensive monitoring.
