Abstract

This paper analyzes the load characteristics of the ozone generator, gives the change rule of the ozone generator equivalent impedance and the reason for instability, studies the impact of the impedance change on the operation of the equipment, and proposes the solution of parallel compensation inductance. The influence of parallel compensation inductance on system dynamic performance is analyzed, which can improve system stability and response speed. At the same time, the influence of the parallel compensation inductance on the system stability is studied to improve the working stability of the ozone generator, and the value formula of the parallel compensation inductance is given.
