Abstract

Enterprises culture is the important part of core competitiveness and it is the environmental atmosphere of human resource management practices. Effective human resource management practices can promote the building, forming, innovating and developing of enterprise culture. In this paper, from the perspective of the enterprise culture, given the interaction model between human resources management and enterprise culture construction, and puts forward the the specific way and method of establishing human resource management system based on enterprise culture so as to improving the level of human resources management.
