Abstract

焼入れ効果に重要な働きをする鋼内の相変態現象に着目し,S45C炭素鋼を用いて焼入れを行い,伝熱学的に検討を加えた.円柱試験片の初期温度をA1相変態温度727℃の上と下に保ち,相変態の有無による冷却曲線の実験と計算結果を比較して相変態熱の影響を明らかにした.併せて相変態熱の影響が顧著に現れる円柱中心の冷却曲線を解析して,相変態熱を求め,A1冷却速度を用いて相変態現象と焼入れ効果の関係を明らかにした・
