Abstract

The metro tunnel capillary heat exchanger, which is to lay the capillary along the wall surface of the subway tunnel, is a kind of front end heat exchanger of the air conditioning heat pump system. The numerical simulation is used to analyze the heat transfer characteristics of the metro tunnel capillary heat exchanger with different pipe spacings. Combined with the system regulation and operation, the optimal pipe spacing suitable for the metro tunnel capillary heat exchanger was obtained. Through experimental tests, we concluded the law of temperature distribution and the heat transfer characteristics of the sand with the capillary heat exchanger were buried, the correctness of the simulated value was verified.
