Abstract

In this paper, a type of dynamic hydraulic excavator working device as a research object, using finite element analysis method, establishes four kinds of finite element analysis models in the typical working conditions. By analyzing strength and rigidity of the dynamic structure, finds weak links of structure located in the boom back-end which is prone to stress concentration. By optimizing the structure, makes all maximum combined stress in these areas which easy produce fatigue invalidation is in the scope of allowable stress. Thereby the structural performance greatly is improved under the premise of ensuring structural weight basically unchanged.
