Abstract
Objective To study the effective ways of treatment for endophthalmitis.Methods 12 cases diagnosed as endophthalmitis accepted intravitreal drug injection combined with vitrectomy.The hypopyon,aqueous flare,B-scan,fundus and visual acuity were observed postoperatively.Results The hypopyon,aqueous flare,vitreous opacity(B scan)all disappeared.The retinae were flat and the visual acuities were improved.Conclusion Medical treatment combined with vitrectomy are effective ways to treat endophthalmitis.
