Abstract

Chen, B. and Yu, Y., 2020. Study on economic development of coastal small cities based on grey adaptive algorithm: Take the data of Zhejiang province as an example. In: Liu, X. and Zhao, L. (eds.), Today's Modern Coastal Society: Technical and Sociological Aspects of Coastal Research. Journal of Coastal Research, Special Issue No. 111, pp. 214–217. Coconut Creek (Florida), ISSN 0749-0208.The evaluation of economic development in coastal small city involves many factors, and the economic prediction and evaluation of regional economic development has achieved good results through multifactor comprehensive judgment. In order to further improve the evaluation quality, this paper uses a grey adaptation algorithm to prevent the negative impact of individual poor indicators from being neutralized by other indicators, and improve the rationality of decision-making. The synergistic effect of the grey adaptive economic indicators completes the standardization of the decision matrix, establishes a plan modification model, and ranks the economic development of the coastal area on this basis, and expands the grey adaptive economic indicators to multi-attribute decision-making. An example is given to illustrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the grey adaptive algorithm, which provides a feasible mathematical model for the evaluation of the economic development of the coastal small city.
