Abstract

The Internet of Vehicles is an intelligent information technology to solve the problem of dynamic route guidance. Due to the regional traffic congestion caused by the construction of urban road occupation, reasonable traffic organization and control methods are used to direct the traffic, it is a very important measure to reduce the influence of construction area on urban traffic. Based on the OD demand distribution of regional road network, this paper adopts the system optimal (SO) equilibrium model to conduct the dynamic route guidance for the travelers in the road network of construction impact area. Through the dynamic updating of road impedance and residual capacity, combined with the induced compliance rate based on driver questionnaire survey, the dynamic route guidance calculation of the road network in the construction impact area is carried out to realize the traffic flow guidance of the road network in the construction impact area. In this paper, the improved Frank-Wolfe Algorithm is used to solve the route guidance model in the construction impact area, and the results show that the total travel time is reduced by 21.36% after the dynamic route guidance is adopted in the construction area, it shows that the dynamic route guidance method based on system optimization can effectively alleviate the regional traffic congestion caused by urban road construction, provide reliable guidance information for travelers, and effectively improve the traffic efficiency of the construction area.
