Abstract

The distribution of ceramic paste inner stress was studied based on the dynamic wavelet analysis in this paper. According to the pressure signal between the vacuum pug mill and ceramic paste, the distribution of ceramic paste inner stress could be obtained. By adjusting the motor speed of vacuum pug mill, the mutational pressure signal and transient pressure signal from the head wall of vacuum pug mill were extracted, and then the time resolution and frequency resolution were adjusted by WT so that the pressure signal could be analyzed real-timely. Experimental results showed that WT can be used to analyze the different dynamic performance about the pressure signal between the vacuum pug mill and ceramic paste and its time delay was only equivalent to the width of mother function of WT, it ensured the rapidity of measurement about the distribution ceramic paste inner stress.
