Abstract

The electro-hydraulic servo mechanism and engine realize thrust vector control together. Due to the low natural frequency of the engine, the dynamic characteristics of the test process show the result of double-resonance. The load simulation system can improve the efficiency of production tests and replace the actual engine in the production process. This paper fully considers the resonant problem of the engine, gives the relevant structural design scheme and parameter adjustment method to the load simulation system, and tests and analyzes the resonant characteristics. It aims at changing the resonant characteristics of the load simulation system by designing and adjusting the connection stiffness and torsional stiffness to achieve the real load condition.
