Abstract

Objective To study ureaplasma urealyticum (UU) and mycoplasma hominis (MH) and chlamydia trachomatis (CT) in patients with chronic cervicitis on infection status and significance of clinical detection,in order to provide a reference basis for clinical treatment.Methods 420 cases of chronic cervicitis female subjects were treated in our hospital,UU,MH culture and CT detection data were analyzed retrospectively.Results The results showed that in all patients with chronic cervicitis,the UU detection rate was 46.9%,MH detection rate was 20.0%,CT detection rate was 34.8%,the positive rate of mixed infections was 12.6%; so visible detection rate of UU was significantly higher than those of CT and MH.Conclusion Mycoplasma and CT in patients with chronic cervicitis has higher detection rate,with the use of sensitive or specific detection mycoplasma and CT,it can help chronic cervicitis patients receive clinical rational drug use and timely and effective treatment.
