Abstract
As the most important element of enterprises' development, business secret can bring considerable benefits and better foreground. So we must enhance the protection of business secrets. At present, we don't have specific laws concerning about business secret. The laws and regulations are dispersed and incomplete as well lack of dynamics. What's more, there is no clear definition of the subject of business secrets and there is legal defect in the present law.
