Abstract

AbstractThis paper introduces the composition structure, system function and implementation method of the centralized control system of coal preparation production based on PLC, and discusses the application of PLC in the system, the function of each control module and the design method of communication network. According to the working principle and structural characteristics of beneficiation equipment, this paper studies the corrosion wear and protection of coal preparation equipment based on PLC centralized control system. The typical corrosion cases of mineral processing equipment are analyzed, the main products of rust layer on the surface of vulnerable parts of mineral processing equipment are determined, the main corrosion types, failure causes and corrosion mechanism are analyzed, and the corresponding protection countermeasures are put forward. The main purpose of this study is to design a new protective coating for coal preparation equipment by using PLC centralized control system.
