Abstract
Abstract In order to improve the working efficient of the heat pump drying equipment, the PLC is applied in the controlling of it. First, the literature review of heat pump drying technology and PLC is carried out. Second, the confirming method of controlling parameters of the heat pump drying equipment is analyzed. Third, the design of the controlling system of the heat pump drying equipment based on PLC concluding software and hardware is completed. Finally, the simulation analysis of the monitoring system is carried out, and results show that this method can ensure the reliability of the heat pump drying system.
