Abstract

In order to improve the automation degree and unloading efficiency of the ship unloading control system of the large coal-fired power plant, the structure, operation principle and workflow of the bridge-type grab ship unloader in a coal-fired power along the river are analysed, and the control system of ship unloader software based on PLC is studied and designed. The designed control system of bridge grab ship unloader is convenient to operate under different working conditions and improves the automation degree and efficiency of coal unloading and also provides an application example for the development of ship unloader control research.
