Abstract

Vanadium based catalyst (VBC) as a core technology of SCR Technology, its ammonia storage capacity seriously restricting the function of SCR system. In this paper based on dspace/simulink platform, the adsorption mechanism of NH3 on VBC was studied, discussing the selective reduction process of SCR. Through the ammonia storage capacity experiment of VBC for NH3, it is found that: temperature has a great influence of the storage capacity of the catalysts to ammonia, the capacity decreases with the increase of temperature, the storage capacity is hardly affected by space velocity and the concentration of sample gas. This study established the dspace/simulink data control platform, explored the vacuum of storage capacity of catalyst to ammonia, providing theoretical basis for improving the utilization efficiency of VBC and further formulating the diesel exhaust emission control strategy.
