Study on Construction Safety Risk of Operating Railway Line

Abstract

The risk factors of operating railway line construction are diverse and complex, and the implementation of safety management is the key to ensure the safe and orderly transportation production. In order to improve the construction safety management level of operating railway line, strengthen construction management and strengthen safety awareness, it is necessary to analyze and evaluate the construction safety risks of railway operating lines. Firstly, the construction safety risk characteristics and safety accident types of operating railway line are analyzed, and then the construction safety risk indexes are analyzed from two stages before and after construction, construction organization, human factors, environment, safety construction effect, and on this basis, the safety risk evaluation index system is constructed. Finally, the applicability of the evaluation method is verified by an example. The evaluation results show that the evaluation method is effective and feasible. The evaluation results can be used as a quantitative basis for the construction safety risk of the operating railway line, and provide the basis and reference for the risk decision evaluation of the construction safety management of the operating railway line.
