Abstract

The excavation of the Ling-Huang section of Qingdao Metro exposes the unfavorable geology of the rich water sand layer, and this paper explores the effective means of controlling water-rich sand layers through curtain grouting control in key areas. In turn, through the analysis of engineering hydrogeological conditions, difficult point analysis, grouting reinforcement circle design, grouting drilling design, grouting parameter design, dynamic control of grouting process, etc., a comprehensive grouting treatment method is formed. And through the engineering test section for actual verification. The results show that the curtain grouting in the key areas has better control effect on the water-rich sand layer, and the efficient use of the slurry is realized, which ensures the stability of excavation. Can provide reference for similar projects.
