Abstract

Automotive switch is an important way for the people to interact with the cars, and their quality is directly related to vehicle quality. Vehicle instrumentation switches provided by different vendors have large differences in structure and properties. So, it is necessary to develop an intelligent switches fatigue life detection system. A kind of composition and architecture of vehicle instrumentation switches fatigue life detection system were introduced. The work principle of the system in this kind of architecture was provided. The key technology and implement methods in research process were analyzed. The prototype was developed and the experiment results as well as analysis were given. The results of application experiment show that this kind of vehicle instrumentation switches fatigue life detection system could preferably realize the fatigue life test.
