Abstract

With the demand for high-quality mobile information, the continuous leakage coaxial cable that can ensure the signal coverage has gradually attracted the attention of operators. This paper first introduces the main characteristics of leaky cable, and then takes the vertical slotted leaky cable structure as an example, uses HFSS to build a full wave simulation model, theoretically analyzes and extracts the equivalent circuit model of the slot, so as to analyze the transmission, reflection and coupling characteristics of leaky cable based on this model. Starting from the equivalent circuit model, the circuit parameters in the equivalent circuit model and the coupling parameters between leaky cables are calculated by using ABCD matrix The theoretical calculation is in good agreement with the full wave simulation, which verifies the correctness of the equivalent circuit. The results show that compared with HFSS simulation, the equivalent circuit method proposed in this paper takes less computing resources and greatly reduces the simulation time, and solves the problems of limited leaky cable length and too long time-consuming in HFSS simulation; At the same time, the equivalent parameters and the coupling parameters between leaky cables are calculated theoretically, which more intuitively reflects the coupling characteristics between leaky cables.
