Abstract
Objective To analyze causes of leukocyte among pulmonary tuberculosis cases,and to explore the treatment measures. Methods Observe the change of amount of the White Blood Cell before and after anti-tuberculosis treatment in pulmonary tuberculosis patients;analyze the pre-tuberculosis treatment,hematopoiesis,immunology,and anti-tuberculosis medication of 104 patients who had leukocyte;give treatment in accordance with different etiology.Results Of the 104 patients,tuberculous 11 patients,caused 10.6%;non-tuberculosis antibiotics(mainly cephalothin) 25 patients,caused 24.0%;dysfunction of immunology 12 patients,caused 11.5%,anti-tuberculosis drugs(including quinoione) 44 patients,caused 42.3%;radiation examination and treatment caused 9.6%. Conclusion Leukocyte among pulmonary tuberculosis cases has different etiology,which should be managed accordingly. Key words: Tuberculosis ; Leukocyte reduction ; Etiology; Treatment
