Abstract

In this paper, the synthesis principle and realization way of voltage space vector in three-phase AC servo systems base on SVPWM are analyzed firstly; After that, the constraint relation between carrier frequency and all factors of operation conditions, and the theoretical relation of system restrained under the condition of high carrier frequency and low carrier frequency are deduces; At last, a carrier frequency modulation scheme based on the theoretical relation to make carrier frequency change with operation conditions is proposed in order to take full advantage of power devices and improve system performance. Experimental results show that the proposed scheme is feasible and effective.
