Abstract

In this paper, the influencing factors of ethanol conversion, C4 olefin selectivity and C4 olefin yield in the experiment of ethanol coupling preparation were analyzed, and then quantified modeling was carried out, and the combination design of catalyst was carried out, so as to make the above three variables reach the optimal value.Using the experimental data, professional and statistical analysis methods were used to analyze the correlation and regression of the possible influencing factors.On the basis of the experimental data given in the research background, the optimal catalyst combination and temperature for the above targets in the process of preparing C4 olefin were obtained.
