Abstract

AbstractHerein, a simple method for developing an artificial light‐harvesting system (ALHS) based on polymer organogels using benzimidazole carboxylic acid derivatives (RJ) is introduced. The prepared polymer organogels (RJZ) exhibited good luminescence and mechanical properties. The involved energy transfer was obtained by employing RJZ as a donor and the dyes Nile red and SR101 as receptors. The findings of this research will aid in advancing the field of ALHSs. Moreover, the prepared ALHS has application potential in the field of agricultural greenhouse light‐transfer films and energy.
